Rural Family Law Project - Information Session

This is a program of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC). It provides legal advice to low income Albertans residing in Northern areas of the province that do not have access to a local community legal clinic.

The program has volunteer lawyers that can offer you up to 45 minutes of free legal advice over the phone in the following areas:

  • Parenting Orders
  • Child and Spousal Support
  • Common-Law Relationships
  • Custody and Access Orders
  • Guardianship
  • Queen’s Bench Protection Order Hearings
  • Response to uncomplicated Divorce
  • Division of Property

***The Rural Family Law Project does not assist with Child Welfare matters***
