About the Event:
Join us to learn about the It’s Not Right Elder Abuse Bystander Training; a pan-Canadian approach to address abuse and neglect of older adults.
Presented by Its Not Right this session will:
✅Teach family, friends, and service providers the warning signs of elder abuse
✅Instruct methods on safe, supportive actions they can take.
✅Explore agism and its contributing effect on abuse
✅Discover available resources.
This session is for community members, family and friends, service providers—anyone concerned about the wellbeing of older adults. Don’t miss this opportunity to understand the struggles of the elderly and how to make changes to better protect them.
