The Secretary records all meeting minutes to ensure an accurate record of all motions and votes during SAPC meetings.
The 2024-2025 Secretary is Kiana Dumont. As a nursing student, her drive to be on the SAPC board stems from a commitment to student health and wellness. With her background in healthcare from being a health care aide, to her security side of healthcare where she deals with more mental health; she can advocate for comprehensive health education and support systems, prioritizing both physical and mental well-being in school policies. Her goal is to contribute to decision-making processes that create a nurturing learning environment and address health inequalities, fostering inclusivity and academic achievement for every student.
