The Treasurer monitors expenditures of the SA and provides feedback to the council, verifying spending is occurring that follows both the Association's annual business plan and the will of the council.

Charles is a representative from Frog Lake campus, who started with Portage 16 years ago when he completed the culinary program. He has now returned and is studying to become a paramedic. As an adult student, Charles appreciates the unique experience of being a professional student—where the perks include a lifetime supply of instant noodles and an honorary degree in budgetary acrobatics. He encourages everyone to not just seek acknowledgment; let's actively learn, progress, and strive toward greater goals.
