The Vice President External communicates frequently with students at all Portage campus locations to determine what types of events and activities would be of most interest to students.

The 2024-2025 VP external is Soul Dachuk. Soul is a creative young woman who loves to take every opportunity that is handed to her. Originally from Grimshaw Alberta, she is now attending Portage College in Lac La Biche for Native Arts and Culture. She hopes to take all that she has learned from college, and the opportunities she has been given to encourage change, and inspire her peers to take initiative in the world around them.
