ABOUT THE POSITION
Portage College is seeking an Indigenous Learners Project Lead to support student success across its seven campuses. Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, this role will identify service gaps, promote existing supports, and help build a community-based learner support inventory. The Project Lead will work closely with First Nations, Métis Settlements, and community partners to understand the unique needs of Indigenous learners. They will also explore funding opportunities and contribute to the development of wraparound services that reflect the College’s commitment to reconciliation, inclusion, and long-term student success.
