National Food Safety Training – St. Paul Campus

This course teaches safe food handling practices. Students will learn the standards established in the Food Retail and Food Services Regulation Code (FRFSRC) and recommendations from Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Students will receive advanced food handler certification.
