
Erin began working in the Hospitality industry at age 16. Her work experiences include business and fine dining, conference and concert catering, as well work within hotel and educational settings both locally and overseas. Her career in Hospitality has taken her to Australia, Scotland and New Zealand. Erin is a Red Seal Chef, Certified Chef de Cuisine and currently studying to obtain her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Adult Education. Aside from cooking and teaching, Erin’s other passions include everything and anything outdoors. She enjoys kayaking, biking, cross-country skiing and running. Erin has successfully completed numerous half and full marathons, including trail running and half IRONMAN events. As an instructor with Portage College, Erin teaches the 1st year Professional Cooking program and loves watching her students create and succeed.
