The Student Common area is an ideal place to eat if you bring your own lunch, or purchase it from the Portage Market, it’s also a great place for students to connect during breaks.

Product selection varies throughout the year depending on what students are preparing during particular units in their respective programs. As a result, each month features different food options or themes. All selections are fresh/flash frozen and properly stored for easy and tasty re-heating.
Portage Market is open Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00am to 1:30pm and Friday from 11:00am to 5:30pm.

Portage College has several partnerships with recreation facilities in the town of St. Paul. Students that attend Portage College are able to access the St. Paul Aquatic Center which features a 25-meter swimming pool and fitness Centre and other amenities such as hot tub and steam Room.
St. Paul Hall offers students self-contained rooms designed for two to four students to share. St. Paul Hall is very convenient for easy access to classes. Each room includes two to four beds and desks, a kitchen with a stove and fridge, table and chairs, and a full bathroom. We also offer family housing is for full time students who have lived 75 kms from the town of St. Paul for more than three years immediately prior to date of application as verified in residence history.
