Units are 2 bedroom apartments designed for 2 to 4 students to share.
Each room includes:
2-4 beds
2 desks
Kitchenette with stove and fridge
Table with chairs
Full bathroom
Single Students Rates per month ($400 security deposit required)
Single Occupancy $569
Multiple Occupancy $408
Family Housing
Family housing is available for full time students who have lived 75 km from the town of St. Paul for more than three years immediately prior to date of application, as verified in residence history. There is no kilometre restriction for single students. Apartments are fully furnished.
All students have access to on-site laundry facilities.
Proof of childcare arrangements must be provided before acceptance into housing.
