You are considered to be an international applicant if you are living outside of Canada or in Canada and are not; a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Persons.
International students are responsible for all of their visa/study permit, travel, health insurance, accommodation and financial arrangements.

English is the language of instruction at Portage College. To be successful in a program students must have a level of English that will allow them to participate in all aspects of the program.
International students must have basic health care coverage. Students are responsible for obtaining their own personal health care coverage.
