Moss Art

Students will create two moss frames using reindeer and pole moss under the instruction of Jennifer Martineau from Juniper and Moss Artistic Designs. Each moss requires a different technique. She will teach the benefits of having moss art, how to care for it, and how to forage for moss.

About the instructor: Juniper and Moss Artistic Designs was born out of a desire to share the beauty of nature with others and celebrate Canada's stunning natural landscapes. Using sustainably-sourced moss, tree bark and handmade clay mushrooms, Jennifer Martineau creates artwork that brings nature into your home or commercial space. Moss art requires no watering or maintenance! Just hang and enjoy the beautiful colours and textures for years to come!
