Cold Lake Aerospace Campus

Located at the Cold Lake Regional Airport, Portage College’s Cold Lake Aerospace Campus is a hub for hands‑on aviation training and industry partnership. Home to the Transport Canada–approved Aircraft Structures Technician program, the campus prepares learners for in‑demand careers in aircraft inspection, repair, and overhaul. Students train in a recently renovated hangar that blends classroom learning with real‑world, applied experience. Built through strong collaboration with the City of Cold Lake and the aviation sector, the campus supports both civilian and Canadian Armed Forces training. Together, we’re helping learners take flight while strengthening Canada’s aerospace workforce.
