Pre-Apprenticeship Carpentry
This program begins with a semester of Academic Upgrading in the Fall to ensure students meet admission requirements for Apprenticeship training. Then, the Winter semester consists of a twelve-week Pre-Employment Carpentry program, followed by an eight-week practicum placement opportunity. Students who complete the program will have the opportunity to write the Period One exam administered by Apprenticeship Industry Training.
Pre-Apprenticeship Heavy Equipment Technician

Apprenticeship Industry Training (AIT)
Apprenticeship Trades programs within Alberta are governed by Apprenticeship Industry Training (AIT), and as such, the educational experience, entrance requirements, and work requirements are set by AIT and standardized across all post-secondary institutions.
