Indigenous Veterans Day is observed on November 8th. Throughout history, the contributions and sacrifices of Indigenous Peoples in Canada’s military efforts have been remarkable. We would like to take time to honour those who have served and helped protect our rights and freedoms.
To recognize this important day, we invite you to join us on Friday, November 7th, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in wanîskah. Please join us for lunch and an opportunity to visit with some of our Indigenous Veterans.
