Portage College and the Students' Association sign a memorandum of understanding
September 28, 2023It was a significant day in the history of Portage College and the Students' Association of Portage College. An MOU has been in the making for several years, and the signing is a commitment to collaboration and cooperation between the college administration and the student body.
We acknowledge that Portage College’s service region is on the traditional lands of First Nation Peoples, the owners of Treaty 6, 8 and 10, which are also homelands to the Métis people. We honour the history and culture of all people who first lived and gathered in these lands.
