Student Orientation is designed to help you make a smooth and successful transition into life at Portage College. It’s also a valuable time to meet the faculty and connect with other students.
College Orientation Day will be on August 29th, 2024. Further details and a schedule of events will be emailed closer to the day.
Virtual Orientation Moodle Sessions
Moodle is the learning platform used by the College. There will be two virtual Teams sessions on how to navigate Moodle that will be held on August 14th, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (MST) and August 23rd, 10:00 am - 11:00 am (MST). The content is the same in both sessions, please choose one or the other, whichever time works best for your schedule. click the "join the meeting now" link below on the date and time to join. We ask that you have already logged into your account prior to the training so that the presenter can focus on the Moodle content. This virtual training is not mandatory, and you can also do it yourself by watching the videos provided on our website.
