  1. Where can I find my student ID?

Answer: On your acceptance letter and/or email that you received from Portage College when you were accepted into your program.  If you are unable to locate your student ID, please contact your Student Advisor at 1-866-623-5551

  1. What is my Portage College email address?

Answer: Your Portage College email address will be studentID@mymail.portagecollege.ca.  For example, for a student with a  student ID of 123456, the email address is 123456@mymail.portagecollege.ca

  1. How do I login on a campus lab computer?

Returning students: Your username and password will be the same you used in your previous year.

New Students: Your username will be your student ID.  You can find out how to change your default password by following the instructions in your acceptance letter or in this YouTube video.

  1. How do I log in on my own device (laptop, computer, phone, etc.)?

Answer: Your username will be your email address studentID@mymail.portagecollege.ca.
