You will learn top culinary skills from the best in the food service industry! All instructors are Red Seal Chefs, which is a universally recognized and highly prestigious certification.

Our Culinary programs are designed to ensure you graduate with the knowledge, skills and experience to immediately begin working in everything from restaurants and hotels to catering companies - even work camps. Instruction is divided between theory in the classroom and hands-on experience in a fully operational commercial kitchen.
