The Administrative Essentials courses cover key topics related to administrative office procedures, administrative support, Outlook 2016 Essentials, and basic bookkeeping.

Enhance your skills: These courses will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to perform a wide range of administrative tasks effectively. You'll learn how to manage paperwork, communicate effectively, plan meetings and appointments, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.
