ABOUT THE POSITION
The Budget Officer plays a critical role within the Finance department and the College, providing essential support during the institution’s Finance ERP upgrade. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position collaborates closely with the Operations and Academic Budget Officers and the Financial Services Supervisor to ensure financial continuity and efficiency.
In addition to covering core Budget Office functions, this position will actively contribute to the Finance ERP upgrade initiative by evaluating existing processes, identifying operational efficiencies, and documenting financial workflows to support a smooth transition.
