Critical Workplace Issues

Learn new strategies and explore ways to improve your skills.

These courses explore the various critical issues that arise in the workplace, including workplace violence, harassment, crisis management and cyber security.

You will gain a deeper understanding of these issues and develop strategies to address them in the workplace.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.

      • Discuss the steps that will be necessary for reporting harassment in the workplace.
