Effective Managers

Gain a comprehensive understanding of what makes an effective manager.

These courses provide managers with the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in their roles. It focuses on developing new managers, how to addressing the unique challenges of middle management, improving meeting management, and navigating office politics to build effective relationships within the organization.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.
