This course helps food handlers and management in food service and retail learn how to prepare and serve safe food. This course demonstrates ways to integrate safe food handling practices into the workplace. Students will learn the standards established in the Food Retail and Food Services Regulation Code (FRFSRC) and recommendations from Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
