In 2019, Portage College engaged with Vivo Team to deploy a Team Development Program for a learning cohort consisting of all executive, deans, managers and supervisors. In 2020 their efforts won them the Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in learning in the Best Team Development Program category. In 2020, Portage College committed to continuous learning and development with Vivo Team for the next two years with a focus on team development and group coaching sessions. Portage College, along with Vivo Team have now won silver in the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM (Human Capital Management) Awards for the Best Team Development Program.
