Learn how to align organizational goals with individual performance objectives.

These courses are suitable for managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and anyone who wants to learn about performance management and employee recognition.

The courses will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of measuring, evaluating, and recognizing employee performance. You will learn how to effectively manage employee performance through various techniques and tools.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.
