Essential management skills are designed to equip aspiring and current managers with the fundamental skills needed to effectively lead and manage a team or organization.

Understanding the principles of effective leadership, and how to inspire and motivate others are a necessity in today’s business.

Prepare yourself to lead and manage with confidence.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.
