Sales strategies and techniques for real-world situations.

By the end of these courses, you should have a comprehensive understanding of sales fundamentals, in person sales, overcoming sales objections, and gain valuable sales secrets. If you apply these skills and principles you will be able to effectively communicate with customers, build relationships, and close sales successfully.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.
