You will also gain an understanding of the importance of measuring results from training and how to improve future training programs based on feedback and data.

These courses can help you become a more effective and knowledgeable employee, leading to career growth and success.

Micro-credentials are short, concentrated groups of courses that are really flexible. You can take as many as you like, in any order, and because they are asynchronous you can take them at any time it suits you. You will be awarded a badge for each individual course, once you have completed all four courses you will gain your micro-credential.

    Course Outcomes:

    • Describe Kolb’s learning styles and learning cycle.
    • Explain Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation.
    • Describe types of evaluation tools, including goal setting, tests, reactionary sheets, interviews, observations, hip-pocket assessments, skill assessments, and learning journals.
    • Outline when to use each type of evaluation tool.
    • Perform a needs assessment.
    • Write learning objectives and link them to evaluation.
    • Write an evaluation plan to evaluate learning at each stage of the training and far beyond.
    • Identify the costs, benefits, and return on investment of training.
    • List the parts of a business case.
