You can choose from a number of programs which will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your chosen profession.
At Portage College you will benefit from small class sizes, an expert faculty with years of experience as well networking opportunities with potential employers.
All programs have specific admission requirements that you must have to qualify for admission. Also, you must be able to demonstrate English language proficiency, this includes students already living in Canada.
Some programs require other documents such as health care providers certificate, immunization record, and health status questionnaire, so it is very important that you check the admission requirements for the program of your choice.
Once you have chosen your program and checked the admission requirements you are now ready to apply for admission. You can do this online or by downloading a PDF form.
Along with your application for admission you must pay the non-refundable $160.00 Application Fee so we can process your Application.
Once you have applied for admission and paid the $160 application fee, send your supporting documents such as official high school, college and/or university transcripts and/or further documentation for admission to certain programs.
Transcripts must be translated into English from the High School and/or College and/or University you have attended.
A conditional letter of acceptance means that you are allowed provisional admission at Portage College with certain conditions attached to it.
You must comply with the conditional requirements before we can officially offer you a place in one of our programs.
Provide Portage College with your Study Permit information as soon as you receive it. Apply for your Study Permit with the Government of Canada.
Your study permit is the document that allows you to stay in Canada and study. It is different from a student visa, which is the document that allows you to enter Canada.
Fill out the Student Application for Accommodation Form (if required) and return by Email
