
Students will gain comprehensive knowledge of beverage services. This course will introduce students to the history and processes of wine making. Students will discover different wine varietals through theory and tastings, as well as food and wine pairing, different classifications of spirits, and styles of beers.
This program mixes online and in-person learning. The next offering begins April 8th, 2025, and runs through April 25.
