Food, Wine and Beverage

Students will gain comprehensive knowledge of beverage services. This course will introduce students to the history and processes of wine making. Students will discover different wine varietals through theory and tastings, as well as food and wine pairing, different classifications of spirits, and styles of beers.

This program mixes online and in-person learning. The next offering begins April 8th, 2025, and runs through April 25.

Online Live class: 

  • April 8th, 9th, 10th - 12:15pm-4:15pm 
  • April 14th, 15th, 16th - 12:15pm-4:15pm
  • April 22nd- 12:15pm-4:15pm 

      Total Hours : 28 hours 

In-Person Class and tastings 

  • April 24th - 9:00am-11:45am / 1:00pm-4:15pm 
  • April 25th - 9:00am-11:45am / 1:00pm-4:15pm 

       Total Hours : 12 hours
